Pictured are sauteed eggplant with fresh thyme, roasted red peppers, marinated button mushrooms, proscuitto wrapped mozzarella, marinated artichoke hearts, and salami horns filled with herb cream cheese. Also available with pepperoncini, giardiniera, olives, Capocollo and other fine Italian meats.
